Rooms suffer from noise disturbances, especially from the heavy wooden chairs scraping on tile floors above, creating an unwelcome wake-up call. Some areas felt neglected, with dirty curtains and slippery shower tiles. The breakfast selection lacks variety and quality, with overcooked items that could be significantly improved. Additionally, construction noise and conference activities nearby added to the disruption during our stay.

The junior suite was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of Kuta Street. Staff were super friendly and really helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a great selection of local dishes and was really fresh. Plus, participating in the Ogoh-Ogoh parade was a cool cultural experience.

Our stay at Truntum Kuta Bali was wonderful! The spacious Junior Suite was immaculate and offered a lovely view of Kuta Street, enhancing our experience. We especially enjoyed participating in the Ogoh-Ogoh parade, a unique cultural experience organized by the hotel. It was a trip to remember!
